Konnichi wa minasan!
Post your shitsumon here if you have any. Idea
ganbatte kudasai!

*******************
As for bme san no shitsumon about the use of "-sama" and "danna" :
Its the way you said it :
*Danna is used as :master/ husband (head of the house/master of the house)
*sama is also used as a high level of respect but not always in the meaning of "master".
For example imagine two big company owners meet together,(and they are not so familiar with each other), they will use sama to address each other...this applies to other businesses too.
If the situation wasn't sooo much honorofic, they can use -san.
"-sama" is also used with the word God "kami", so they say "kami sama" for "God".

There is another word "dono".."dono" is respectful too. Most likely used in certificates and formal(too formal) letters.
For example, you took a certificate of completing a course. You will find something like this :
"BME -dono has completed the course successfully and was given this certificate .... "

I hope this helped. don't bother too much with the details(since you wont need to use either sama or danna in daily life).
As a language learner, "-san" is always safe to use.

bme san,
you say : "iie sou dewa arimasen" Smile

ammar san,
"This/that is not a question" = "kore wa/sore wa shitsumon dewa arimasen"
"There is no question (there EXISTS NO question)" = "shitsumon ga arimasen"

minasan, feel free to ask any questions. ganbatte kudasai ne! (^_^)

Konban wa amani sensei
I want to ask you about ( wakarimasu )
if the past form is ( wakarimashita ) , is the command form ( فعل الأمر ) ==> wakarimashte ?
I mean like the verbs ending with ( te ) like ( ganbatte ) , so can I say ( wakarimashite kudasai ) ?

BME san,
konban wa~!
Af3al el Amer comes in a different form called the 'te form' because they all end in 'te','tte' or 'de'.
But you can't make them by simply adding 'te' to the 'masu' form. they have their own rules.
So: "please understand" is "wakatte kudasai"

*wakarimasu (present masu form) / wakaru (present DICTIONARY form)/ wakatte(TE form)

*For ganbarimasu :
Ganbarimasu(masu form) / Ganbaru(dictionary form)/Ganbatte(TE form)

*As another example, let's see yomimasu (to read)
Yomimasu(masu form) / yomu (dictionaru form) / yonde (TE form)

*Shimasu (to do)
Shimasu / suru(Dictionary form) / shite (Te form)

*kakimasu(to write)
Kakimasu / kaku(Dictionary form) / kaite (Te form)

..so this way you can see there is no one rule on how to form the 'te' form..there are several rules depending on the hiragana letter before the -masu

That's why u say:
-yonde kudasai = plz read
-shite kudasai = please do
( a better example : benkyou SHITE kudasai = plz study)
-kaite kudasai : plz write

..ganbatte kudasai! (^_^)y

Arigatou gozaimasu Amani sensei
I have a better understanding now about (masu) and (te) forms , I didn't notice that I added (te) to (masu) Surprised .
maybe I shall know more examples like these to realize this topic better .

Please sensei don't hate me for my tooooo many questions Razz , I hope I am not bothering you , the matter is I am not so good in verbs and sentences structure , and I want to know more about it .
waiting for the lesson about (te) soon in sha' ALLAH .

and Sensei ; What is the meaning of ( dattebayo ) that Naruto always say it in any sentence ?

If i was going to be bothered by questions i wouldn't have opened a topic for them Wink so just relax and ask whatever u want, i don't get bothered by questions.

As for datte ba yo,,,its very close to " I say .... ".
Its not a verb but rather an expression. And people don't use it in every thing they say like naruto does :p
Example : sugoi datte ba yo! = I say this is great!

..people might use it like this :
Suppose im calling your name and u r not replying to me after i called ur name more than once, so i say "bme san datte ba!" = "I'm saying 'bme san'!"
And 'yo' is for emphasis, it makes the sentence stronger.

best of luck!

konnichiwa sensei i just want to make sure about few things:
kippu : ticket
sensu: fan
futteimasu: means to rain
furimasu:means fall
oboemasu: means to memorize something
to ask about the price of something you say:
ikuri desu ka?
but to ask about the age you say :
ikutsu desu ka?

i just wanna make sure that i am learning in a good way.

ra200sh san,
konnichi wa! ogenki desu ka? ^^
You are almost correct :
*sensu= fan (the Japanese one that u hold in your hand and can be folded)
*how much is it? (price) = ikuRA desu ka?
*now for furimasu and futteimasu :
both mean to fall (only for rain, snow..etc )
'furimasu' is the basic "-masu" form. "futteimasu" is a compound from the 'te' form + "imasu". These -te form + imasu compounds are used for progressive actions.

Furimasu(masu form)/ Furu(dictionary form)/futte( -te form)

So when we say : ame ga furimasu = rain falls
and when we say : ame ga futte imasu = rain IS FALLING

Hope that was clear.
I think you are learning in a good way since you know alot of things already! Wink
ganbatte kudasai!
